Terms of Service

1. The service

Clinora Intelligence captures enquiries from your channels, gives each one an owner and a response target, tracks follow-ups, appointments and outcomes, and reports where enquiries convert or slip. It is not a clinic management system, an electronic medical record or a medical device, and it does not give medical advice.

2. Accounts

• The clinic owner controls the workspace and decides who is invited and with which role.
• Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your workspace’s accounts.
• Tell us promptly at hello@clinora.example if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your data

• You own the data you put into the service. You give us permission to process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• For enquirers’ personal data you are the data fiduciary (controller) and we are your data processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consent needed to collect it and to contact people, including opt-in before sending WhatsApp messages.
• Do not enter diagnoses, prescriptions, clinical notes or other health records. The service is not designed to hold them.
• You can export leads and reports as CSV at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages, break messaging platforms’ rules, attempt to access other clinics’ data, interfere with the service, or break the law.

5. Third-party channels

WhatsApp Business, Meta lead ads and similar channels are provided by their owners under their own terms, which you accept with them directly. Their availability, approvals, pricing and message charges are outside our control. Message costs shown in the service are estimates from the rates you enter.

6. Estimates are estimates

Figures labelled estimated, such as estimated pipeline at risk, are calculated from values and probabilities you configure. They are decision aids, not financial advice and not a promise of revenue. Recorded revenue is only what your team enters.

7. Fees and trials

• Fees, plan and billing period are set out in your order form or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 15 days.
• A trial lasts for the period shown in your workspace settings. We will remind the owner before it ends.
• If payment is overdue, we may suspend access after giving notice. Your data is not deleted because of a late payment.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but during the pilot period we do not promise a specific uptime. We may change features to improve the service; we will not remove core functionality you rely on without reasonable notice.

9. Ending the service

• You can stop at the end of any billing period by telling us at hello@clinora.example.
• We can end or suspend the service if you seriously breach these terms and do not fix it after notice.
• After it ends, you have 30 days to export your data; we then delete the workspace as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost revenue, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We will tell clinic owners by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts named in your order form (or, if none, the courts where we are registered) have jurisdiction.
