Revenue intelligence for high-value clinics

Stop paying for leads your team forgets.

Clinora tracks every enquiry from first contact to booked consultation, flags missed follow-ups and shows where potential revenue is slipping through.

For skin, hair, dental and wellness clinics. Not a clinic management system; it works alongside yours.

Simulated enquiry, fictional names. The steps are what the product records.

The leak

You may not need more leads.

You may need to stop losing the ones you already have.

Enquiries arrive from six places and end up in personal phones, spreadsheets and memory. The leak is rarely in the ads. It is in the hours after.

Illustrative morning, not client data. The product tracks each of these failure points.

Revenue leakage radar

Know what is slipping, and what it is worth.

The radar watches every open enquiry and flags the ones going wrong now. Each one counts once, at your average value for its service, weighted by your win probability for its stage.

Response time

See how fast every enquiry gets an answer.

Every enquiry gets a clock that respects your opening hours. A call or a WhatsApp reply stops it; automated messages don’t. Cross the target and the lead moves to the top of the queue and a manager is told.

The accountable journey

Every enquiry, one accountable journey.

From the first message to recorded revenue, each step has an owner, a deadline and an outcome.

  1. 01 · New

Enquiry from an Instagram lead form

An enquiry lands with its source and campaign. The response clock starts.

  2. 02 · Assigned

    Assigned to Riya

It gets an owner the same minute, so it is somebody's job, not everybody's.

  3. 03 · Contacted

    First response · 3m 42s

Riya calls inside the 10-minute target. A human reply stops the clock.

  4. 04 · Qualified

    Qualified · high intent

Asked about Saturday and the price. The score explains itself line by line.

  5. 05 · Booked

    Consultation booked · Sat 11:00

Booked against a real slot. The database refuses a double booking for the doctor or room.

  6. 06 · Visited

    Visited · arrived 11:04

The front desk marks the visit. A no-show would open a recovery task instead.

  7. 07 · Won

    ₹12,000 recorded revenue

Revenue is recorded against the enquiry and credited to Instagram in the reports.

Fictional lead. Each line is what the product writes to the lead’s activity as the step happens.

Next best action

Your team shouldn’t have to decide what to check first.

Every lead carries one recommended action, worked out from its stage, intent, response clock, tasks and appointments. The rules are deterministic and explained, so the front desk trusts them. On a phone the queue has one button: work next lead.

Illustrative 90 days for one clinic. Campaign B brings plenty of leads and few appointments. Recorded revenue is what the team entered; open pipeline is an estimate. Clinics in the UAE and elsewhere see their own currency.

A morning brief written from your own numbers.

Before the front desk opens, the owner gets yesterday in four lines: enquiries, responses within target, bookings, the channel that worked, the one that needs attention, and what to do first.

  • Every figure comes from the database. If AI text contains a number that isn’t in your data, it is discarded and a plain template is used.
  • When there isn’t enough data, the brief says so instead of guessing.
  • No chat window, no medical advice. It is an operations report.

Connect the channels your clinic already uses.

Everything lands in one pipeline with its source and campaign attached. Here is exactly what works today, what needs your accounts, and what is planned.

“Requires configuration” means the integration is built but needs your own Meta business account, and is being verified against a live account before it is called available. Meta bills messaging to you.

Questions owners ask

Is this a clinic management system?

No. It does not hold medical records, prescriptions, billing or inventory. It covers the commercial journey before and around the visit: enquiry, response, follow-up, booking, attendance and the revenue you record, so you can see where conversions are lost.

Does it replace our current software?

No. Keep your practice management or EMR system for clinical work. This sits in front of it, capturing enquiries from your marketing channels and tracking them to a booked and attended consultation. Leads and reports export to CSV.

Can it connect to WhatsApp?

It is built for the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and connects with your own Meta business account and number: incoming messages create or join leads, your team replies from the inbox, and automations can send approved templates to people who opted in. The connection is being verified against a live Meta account before it is marked available. Meta bills messaging to you; the app estimates cost from the rates you enter.

Can multiple staff members use it?

Yes. Owners, managers, receptionists and read-only viewers each get the access their role needs. Permissions are enforced by the server and the database, not just hidden in the menu.

Can multiple branches use it?

Yes. Each branch has its own hours, doctors and rooms; leads, appointments and reports can be filtered by branch, and receptionists can be attached to theirs.

Does the AI provide medical advice?

No, never. AI is optional and only reads enquiries for commercial intent and urgency, and writes the morning brief from figures in your database. Lead scores and next actions are rule-based and work with AI switched off. Health details in an enquiry are treated as its topic, nothing more.

How is pipeline at risk calculated?

Each open lead that is slipping (past response time, overdue callback, unconfirmed appointment, unrecovered no-show, no next step, gone quiet) counts once, at the average value you set for its service multiplied by the win probability you set for its stage. It is an estimate of value in danger, not lost revenue. Recorded revenue only ever comes from amounts your team enters.

Can we use our existing lead sources?

Yes. Meta lead ads, WhatsApp, your website forms (including Google and other paid traffic via UTM), calls, walk-ins and referrals all land in one pipeline with their source and campaign attached.

In a revenue audit we look at a recent week of your enquiries with you: where they came from, how fast they were answered, and where they stopped.
